I love my birthday. I always have. I don't have big expectations regarding gifts and such, but I do like making it a happy day. Warren took the day off to help me with the kids so that I could rest. We went to Trader Joe's together, got Macaroni Grill take-out for lunch, took a little nap and went to Disneyland after Rebecca came home from school. This year Disneyland is free on your birthday, or if you have an annual pass you get a $72 gift card on your birthday. So of course we had to go. We went on a couple of rides, had dinner and did a little shopping. Right after dinner we came out to find Mickey and Minnie forming a meet and greet line. We were second in line! What fun. I got birthday kisses from both Minnie and Mickey.
To complete my day I received lots of well wishes from lots of friends and family.
It was a perfect birthday.
